All Garments are 100% Cotton Unless Noted.

Orders will be shipped on a first in/first out basis. Priority is established at the receipt of confirmed P.O. with store distribution. Bulk orders without store distribution will not be accepted.

All returns must be authorized by the 9tz Inc. Returns Department prior to customers return shipment of any goods. Only defective garments will be authorized for return. Please call customer service at (213) 627-3015.

No COD orders please.

1.5% interest will be charged per month on all overdue invoices.

No cancellation will be accepted that is less than sixty days prior to the start ship date on the purchase orders. Orders being processed for shipping cannot be cancelled. All cancellations must go through the sales manager.

Completion dates are FOB Los Angeles. We cannot be responsible for delays while shipment is in the hands of the courier.

Shipment is not insured unless specified by customer.

Shortages MUST be addressed within 15 days from receipt of goods. Damaged merchandise MUST be addressed within 30 days from receipt of goods. We will not honor any request for return authorization past the above 30 days.
